3.Steel body

Normally speaking steel body is 40Cr or 42CrMo after heat treatment 40-44HRC.

Make sure the high strength and high resistance ability.

4.Wear plate

The wear plate is matched to the holder such that it absorbs a large part of the wear load.

The design and dimensions of the plate varies according to the application.

5.Clamping sleeve

To reduce wear and tear of the picks and toolholders and prevent the picks from falling out, to avoid unnecessary machine downtimes and higher costs for wearing parts.
